Challenge: Remodel a 1960’s vintage two level 50,000 SF modern clubhouse and design the project to be built in two phases.
Clubhouse Design Solution: Partners & Sirny reconfigured both the exterior and interior from a modern style to a traditional style. This reconfiguration included remodeling the main floor to accommodate two 60 seat member dining rooms and 350 seat ballroom. Due to the financial success of the increased size ballroom, the club remodeled the lower level two years later to incorporate a pub, updated locker rooms and a fitness center.
