Hidden Valley Country Club
Sandy, Utah
Challenge: Hidden Valley Country Club originally had two facilities, a city club and a golf club. The club made the decision to consolidate facilities at the golf club site.
Clubhouse Design Solution: Partners & Sirny initiated a master plan study resulting in a vote to build a new clubhouse. A new 43,000 SF one story clubhouse with cart storage on the lower level was built. The style of architecture chosen is reminiscent of the Bryce Canyon Lodge designed by G.S. Underwood in 1929. Spaces include a 300 seat ballroom, 80 seat casual dining and 40 seat pub. The building was positioned so that the main dining room capture views of Lone Peak to the east and the 9th fairway to the west.
