Challenge:
Design a facility that meets the varying goals for this club including pro shop, dining, banquet space and cart storage.
Clubhouse Design Solution:
The project includes design of two buildings to accommodate the goals of the club. The clubhouse is a 3,000 square foot pavilion shaped
structure that contains the pro shop, management offices, restrooms and a 45 seat bar/grill. The cart/banquet pavilion is a rectangular 3,400 SF dual purpose
structure that can hold 50 golf carts as well as serve as a banquet pavilion. Seating capacity for this space can range from 150 to 180.
