Challenge:
A facility master plan processed two alternatives; remodel/addition or new construction. The new clubhouse design was selected.
Clubhouse Design Solution:
The new clubhouse main level includes offices, a pro shop and locker rooms. The upper level has member and special function dining with excellent views of the golf course and mountains beyond.
