Medina Golf and Country Club

Challenge: This two story 40,000 SF 1960’s clubhouse was outdated with limited views of the golf course.
Clubhouse Design Solution: Partners & Sirny initiated a master plan study in which three alternatives were considered: stabilization/refurbishment, remodel/addition or new construction. The membership voted and elected to build a new clubhouse. The new 36,000 SF one story clubhouse includes cart and building storage on the lower level. Craftsman architectural style was chosen with the building positioned on the site so that the grill room views both the 9th and 18th greens.
