Challenge:
Evaluate the existing facility to determine if a remodel/addition or new construction would be the optimal solution for the club.
Clubhouse Design Solution:
Construction of a new, three story, 85,000 square foot clubhouse. The first two floors house the club's golf, fitness and dining facilities. The third level is a corporate center.
