Midland Hills Country Club
Roseville, Minnesota
Challenge: This two story, 40,000 SF 1950’s clubhouse had limited views of the Seth Raynor golf course and had a dysfunctional floor plan.
Clubhouse Design Solution: Partners & Sirny initiated a master plan study in which three alternatives were considered: stabilization/refurbishment, remodel/addition or new construction. The membership voted and elected to build a new clubhouse. Edwardian estate style architecture was selected for this new 39,500 SF one story clubhouse. The new structure was positioned on the site with the 18th fairway playing up to the center of the building. Spaces include a 300 seat ballroom, 140 seats of casual dining, two meeting rooms, locker rooms and a pro shop. An added benefit of the project is increased banquet revenues.
