Challenge:
A clubhouse master plan evaluated stabilization, remodel/addition or new construction. The membership selected remodeling.
Clubhouse Design Solution:
Remodeling included areas that directly improved food and beverage revenues; banquet space, family casual dining and adult casual dining. The swimming area was also improved to include a diving well with an expanded area for a water slide linked with a channel to a six lane pool. The lower level of the pool area has a splash pool with three fountains and a zero clearance entry. Adjacent to this area is an open air bar and family grill terrace.
