A successful facility master plan. The club had two separate buildings: A dining facility and a pro shop/lockers/grill. The dining building was demolished and a new 30,000 sf. addition that includes a living room, loggia/pre-function, formal dining room, office, new combined kitchen and a pool cabana on the lower level was built.
