Challenge: Inject new life into a 10,000 SF two level privately owned daily fee clubhouse with limited snack bar service.
Clubhouse Design Solution: Partners & Sirny incorporated a local steakhouse chain with banquet facilities by adding 12,000 SF to the building. The existing building was initially set back too far from the 18th green. The addition to this side brought the building into a much more intimate relationship between the restaurant and the golf course. The club has a 100 seat dining room and a 250 seat ballroom, expanding the facility to a total of 22,000 SF.
