Challenge:
Design a new clubhouse, prioritizing the strong emphasis on family programming.
Clubhouse Design Solution:
A newly opened private club on a Rick Jacobson designed golf course. The clubhouse is a 35,000 SF two level building. The main level has a 300 person banquet room, large pre-function lobby and a 120 person casual dining room. The lower level houses the pro shop, locker rooms, fitness facilities, teen center and grill.
