Challenge: Incorporate casual dining spaces in a classic colonial 1930’s clubhouse. Update pool cabana and employee spaces. Replace the building’s outdated mechanical systems and include handicap accommodations in the new design.
Clubhouse Design Solution: Partners & Sirny remodeled an existing floor of the building into a series of casual dining spaces and redesigned the kitchen with separate ala carte and banquet cook lines, increased refrigeration, cold prep and wait stations. The pool cabana was remodeled to include the addition of a game room along with an expanded fitness facility. Employee back-of-house spaces were updated and a significant portion of the building’s HVAC systems were replaced with new energy efficient equipment.
