Challenge:
A facility master plan processed three alternatives including refurbishment, remodel/addition, and new construction.
Clubhouse Design Solution:
A new clubhouse reduced the overall size of their facilities by 15,000 SF while increasing the member amenities. The Colonial Revival style building matches the style of the previous clubhouse and existing pro shop and pool cabana.
