The Visitor Center at Lebanon Hills Regional Park is an informational center for visitors seeking maps, trail information and equipment rental. It also serves to provide environmental education and interpretation through exhibits; seminars and meetings; and through the design of the building itself with the use of visible sustainable design practices.

The Visitor Center was built with sensitivity to the site. The building's scale and color allow it to recede into the landscape and create a comfortable experience for visitors. The incorporation of a vegetative roof further helps to anchor the Center to the earth.
