A remodel and addition to an existing privately owned daily fee golf club. The addition increases the lower level golf cart storage and a new golf related full swing and exercise facility. The upper level increases the banquet facility to a 250 person capacity and a separate full service 120 person neighborhood style restaurant that will operate year round. The existing total size is 10,500 sf. and the addition is 11,500 sf. for a total new clubhouse of 22,000 sf.
