Buffalo City Rotisserie Grill
Jamestown, North Dakota
Partners & Sirny re-imagined and reorganized the restaurant and tailored it to the local nickname of Jamestown, namely Buffalo City. The “western” theme of the restaurant shows up primarily in the artwork selections. Massaging the tone of the restaurant started through redefining the spaces, enlarging the bar and balancing it all with the appropriate use of sound, lighting and acoustics. Subtle details such as wine racks, colors and species of woods, custom wrought steel coat hooks and design of seating were given special attention.
