Partners and Sirny were engaged to design a new restaurant in Fargo as a test for a new direction for the Doolittles concept. The immediate success of the Fargo restaurant lead to the redesign of their other three existing restaurants. Doolittles Woodfire Grill celebrates the romantic era of nostalgic aviation. Upon entry, guests are welcomed by the warm fireplace. The restaurant also features rotisserie cooking, which is on display to dining room guests. The patio is a gathering place for many from Spring through Fall.
