Noted as one of the “Hot Concepts!” in 2005 by Nation’s Restaurant News, our restaurant design team worked with the client to create a rustic and eclectic feel. Redstone American Grill has become known for its rugged, yet romantic atmosphere and open exhibition kitchen. Stone, wrought iron, large fireplaces, warm colors and lighting were elements used to reinforce the experience.
